Every great EV starts with one thing: a battery built right.
I’m working with an electric vehicle business entering a serious growth phase – new motorcycle and scooter platforms, one common powertrain, and one critical hire still to make.
We’re looking for a Battery Pack Design Engineer with specialist battery design experience to take ownership of the full pack design – mechanical, thermal, and integration. Creo proficiency is preferred.
You’ll be the technical lead designing the core energy system that powers both platforms – working closely with mechanical, powertrain, and integration teams to deliver a system that balances performance, safety, and scalability.
This is the highest-priority engineering hire for the project’s next phase – a chance to build something from the ground up, not just optimise what’s already there.
What’s on offer:
- Contract or permanent opportunity (12-month contracts available)
- The chance to design a battery system used across two platforms
- Real input into how the product evolves as the company scales
If you’ve worked in EV battery pack design and you’re ready to take on a role that genuinely shapes the future of electric mobility – let’s talk. Apply with a CV you have, it doesn\’t need to be up to date, we can discuss and fill the gaps in when we speak.
