Take ownership of high-profile accounts and shape the sales strategy with your ideas. This is your chance to step into a newly created position, backed by the Ops Director and with full freedom to build the systems you need to succeed. You’ll manage major clients, including one in F1, and have the technical influence to drive the business forward.
Enjoy hybrid working, with just one day a week in Sheffield, and choose between a company car or car allowance. You’ll also get private healthcare and a share in the company’s success through a bonus scheme.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow existing accounts, mainly in the automotive sector. You’ll have the trust to make decisions and the support to deliver results.
- Expand the services across these accounts and increase your impact. If you want, you can step into a full sales position in the future, which will lead to a salary review.
- Work closely with the Ops Director and engineering teams to ensure capacity is met and promises are kept to clients. You’ll have a direct line to the decision-makers and the ability to shape how things are done.
