The Brand Communications Trainee will work closely with the Brand Manager on company initiatives. They will implement plans for the brand, stakeholder experience and brand loyalty to drive the organization's brand awareness forward and increase brand visibility. They conduct market research to forecast upcoming market trends, work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, and champion the brand identity throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coming up with branding initiatives.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all pieces of communications.
- Delivery of brand action and recommending areas of improvement.
- Writing and proofreading content keeping in mind the brand tone and image.
- Developing and updating brand guidelines.
- Come up with branding solutions to different marketing problems.
- Developing a strong brand name and image.
- Collaborating with HR team to enhance brand image internally.
- Collaborating with Performance Marketing team to enhance the brand image externally.
- An active part of all the marketing and HR initiatives to ensure proper branding.
- Coming up with new, innovative ideas to solve user problems that differentiate us from the competition.

- Professional degree in communications, advertising, marketing, branding, or media.
