The position provides effective and efficient support to nursing and medical staff as required. It includes all aspects of computer work for patients and general assistance in the day-to-day running of the department.
To work as a team member within the work environment, carrying out assigned tasks involving the direct/indirect care of the patient in support of, and supervised by, a registered nurse.
To handle all aspects of administrative work in the reception, outpatients, and ward area. Maintain a high standard of politeness when dealing with visitors, patients, and staff. Accurate and timely data entry is a vital part of the role.
