About the Role

You’ll support adults with Dementia or severe and enduring mental health challenges, particularly those over the age of 70. This role involves statutory assessments, safeguarding investigations, support planning, and working closely with families, carers, and partner agencies.

You’ll maintain a varied caseload and contribute to multidisciplinary strategies that empower clients to live independently. It’s an excellent opportunity to apply your clinical judgment while innovating in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct statutory social care assessments and safeguarding investigations
  • Create and review personalised support plans
  • Present case reports to panels or courts
  • Liaise with families, carers, NHS services, and other agencies

  • Respond to safeguarding concerns and mental health crises

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a reflective, empathetic, and proactive individual who is:

  • A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
  • Experienced in supporting older adults or mental health service users
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding procedures and health/social care laws
  • Skilled in building support networks with internal and external partners
  • A confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Flexible with working arrangements and travel

Visa Sponsorship
