Full time based in ward 304
PLEASE NOTE THAT PREVIOUS NHS/CARE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
As a result of a service redesign, we are looking for an experienced HCSW for the frailty unit within ARI. This post will be based in ward 304.
We are looking for a mature, hardworking, organised team player who has a true passion for looking after the older adult. Ward 102 has up to 29 beds and 304 has 14 beds. We admit patients 24/7 to ward 102 and step down to ward 304 should they require a bit longer in hospital.
The post holder will be expected to undertake day/night rotation; however, we are prepared to be flexible and are happy to discuss your individual requirements, so please don’t be put off. It is expected this will be predominantly day duty.
