Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to individual resident needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Accurately monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with doctors, carers, and therapists to create care plans
- Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations of residents\’ health
- Maintain infection control and a clean, safe care environment
- Support and supervise junior team members
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues

- Currently working as a Nurse in a UK Nursing Home
