Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking for a new role? Do you want to work in a dynamic start-up with a people-first culture? Would you like to join a business that gives you the flexibility and autonomy to build your own desk?
We’re Collab Talent Solutions, a start-up recruitment agency specialising in skilled professional recruitment across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and Berkshire. We’ve enjoyed plenty of success throughout our first year and have ambitious plans through 2025 and beyond - growing into amazing new offices, expanding our commercial and professional specialist offerings, company events, and charitable work to name a few.
As a team of 8, we’re looking for our 9th (and maybe even 10th too) colleague to come on board and grow with us. We have an excellent support team handling compliance, marketing, finances and ad-hoc bits so you can focus on what it is you do best - growing your local network, meeting customers in person, and ultimately helping our clients find exceptional local talent.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll be responsible for building your own specialist desk within the professional division (think finance, technology, HR, procurement, etc).
- Connecting with clients, getting to know their business, and understanding exactly what they’re looking for in their next team member. Then, crafting a recruitment strategy that’s a perfect fit for them.
- Finding great talent! This means using all the tools at our disposal - from online job boards and social media to attending industry events and tapping into our existing network.
- Getting to know candidates through interviews to assess their skills, experience, and if they’d be a great fit for the team.
- Guiding candidates and clients through the entire recruitment journey, from the first hello to the final offer and successful placement.
- Keeping our finger on the pulse of your industry - knowing what’s hot, what’s not, and what’s changing in the market.
- Building a strong network of contacts in the tech world. This means connecting with people, attending events, and becoming a trusted resource in the industry.
- Playing a key role in helping Collab grow and succeed!
Why would you be a good fit?
Are you looking to take ownership of your career and grow with a dynamic startup? If you’re a natural connector who thrives on building strong relationships and has a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for proactive and resourceful individuals who are excited by the energy of a startup and believe in the power of talent. While we welcome applications from all levels, ideally you’ll have at least one year of experience in professional recruitment (permanent or temporary).
What’s in it for you?
- Serious Earning Potential: We offer highly competitive salaries, with a clear progression path from Recruitment Consultant to Principal Consultant. Plus, uncapped commission means your earning potential is truly in your hands - you’ll earn on every placement you make!
- Benefits That Work for You: We offer a flexible benefits package that lets you choose what’s important to you, along with a contributory pension scheme to help you plan for the future. You’ll also enjoy 25 days of annual leave, with the option to buy even more holiday time.
- Work Your Way: We embrace a flexible and hybrid working model, giving you the freedom to balance collaborative time in the office with focused work from home.
Please note that we are unable to accept any candidates that require visa sponsorship at this time therefore all applicants must have unrestricted right to work in the UK.
