Salary: £30k - £45k per annum (depending on experience), plus a discretionary £5k yearly bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide podiatry assessments, treatments, and care to patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centred treatment plans for effective outcomes.
- Manage a caseload while supporting and guiding the team where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and CQC requirements.
- Actively participate in the growth and development of the podiatry services.
- Offer excellent customer service to patients, carers, and external healthcare professionals.
- Engage in the business development process by supporting future revenue streams.
Requirements:
- BSc (or equivalent) in Podiatry.
- HCPC registration.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a podiatry role (5 years+ for leadership positions).
- Strong clinical skills in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Leadership and management experience is desirable for senior roles.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Non-medical prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake.
- Experience in managing chronic and complex wounds.
- Clinical Educator experience.
- Membership of the Royal College of Podiatry.
