People Consulting partners with clients to drive and evolve their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment.

Joining the People Consulting team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland.

Our team, in partnership with our clients, seeks to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.

Our work is varied and challenging, from creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions to embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation.

We manage communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys and offer an understanding of the HR structures, practices and policies required to support the organisation.

We have a number of exciting, client-facing roles for individuals with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas:

  • Communications and Stakeholder Management
  • Change Management
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • HR Transformation and Digital HR
  • Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting across project management, organisation design, and supporting the People Consulting practice. Key responsibilities include:

Organisation Design

Have experience working in or supporting teams delivering organisation design, operating model, change, engagement and business readiness and/or have a strong academic background in organisation design or project management.

Supporting delivery on projects and/or workstreams, primarily in organisation design, change management and business readiness but may include other core service offerings.

Working as part of delivery teams and supporting and owning deliverables.

Responsible for working with teams and management to implement project plans.

  • Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.

  • Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
  • Be focused on achieving project/programme goals and objectives
  • Be adept at overcoming issues and barriers
  • Be experienced in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
  • To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
  • Degree qualified and have relevant professional experience
  • 2+ years similar experience
  • Highly numerate and passionate about organisation design and people engagement
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions
