The Patient Service Centre Team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting Outpatients Assistant Administrators to support our growing services across multiple sites. As part of one of the largest NHS Trusts in England, you will be working in a collaborative, high-impact environment focused on delivering excellent care and service.
This position plays a crucial role in the patient journey, being the first point of contact for patients attending outpatient appointments. If you\’re detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrive in a busy, team-based setting, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register incoming GP referrals
- Schedule initial patient appointments
- Communicate professionally with patients via phone and email
