An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Outpatient Reception Team. This role will be based at Kent & Canterbury Hospital.
Main duties of the job
Our team is focused on service delivery and patient care, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated with a genuine desire to give gold standard care at every level. The successful applicant will be joining a highly motivated and effective team who strive to ensure patient care is at the forefront of our service.
The position requires face-to-face contact with patients in the Outpatients reception area, booking patients in for their outpatient appointments and other Outpatients administration duties. The applicant must have knowledge of Microsoft Office alongside an ability to communicate effectively.
