£70k per annum. Fantastic, brand new Optometrist vacancy now available in a highly regarded practice in Hailsham. An opportunity that offers truly exceptional prospects to enjoy a high quality practice setting which has just this year had a full refit. Unparalleled options for career development long term with recent Optoms being supported in IP. Directors are well connected to the LOC and have qualifications in specialist areas. Our exclusive client offers state of art facilities including OCT, electronic records and choice of trial frame or phoropter with extensive fully qualified Dispensing Optician enabling a high quality and streamlined service to their much valued client base. Notably this employer of choice are well known for providing a highly supportive and well managed practice setting and is reflected by their exceptional levels of colleague retention to date.
Key Duties:
- Opportunities to work anything from two to five days per week.
- Test times are flexible 20 to 25 minutes to suit the Optometrist with extensive pre-screens provided on your behalf by an excellent support team.
- General working hours at 9am - 5:30pm with a 45 minute break and the possibility of working only 2 Saturdays per month.
Package and Benefits:
- Base salary up to c.£70,000 DOE plus bonus worth c.£10,000 annually.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays.
- Professional fees paid and CET/CPD provided.
- Additional health care and other benefits also provided.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements:
- Visa sponsorship can be provided if required but candidates must already be GOC registered as an Optometrist.
- All levels of experience considered including Pre-registration as OSCE is approaching in the months ahead.
