Registered Nurse Opportunity at Meallmore
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore\’s Willow Lodge Care Home. Our purpose-built facility provides high-quality, personalized nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and its related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
- Oversee all aspects of the shift, ensuring seamless delivery of care
- Conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents\’ needs to implement a person-centered care plan
- Mentor and support team members, promoting best practice and professional development
Requirements:
- Current registration with the NMC
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
