Role Overview
You will work as part of a close-knit nursing team delivering personalized care to elderly residents, including those with dementia and complex health needs. You’ll oversee care staff, manage care plans, and ensure high standards of care are maintained in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver general nursing and dementia care with compassion and professionalism
- Monitor and manage individual care plans and medication routines
- Support and supervise care staff to uphold care quality standards
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safeguarding protocols
- Promote independence and dignity for all residents
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with valid NMC PIN
- A professional, diligent, and empathetic approach to patient care
- Experience in a care home or similar environment (preferred)
- Ability to lead by example and support junior care staff
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
