Roles and Responsibilities:
- To produce engine components through numerous special process functions controlled by the OEM (Overhaul Engine Manual) & SPM (Standard Practices Manual)
- To Deliver a Quality Product on time to internal and external customers
- To ensure production flow is maintained at all time
- To work in accordance with the company\βs quality procedure: European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part-145 Requirements
- To follow strict EHS guide lines in all aspects of shop floor safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- To liaise with internal departments to ensure effective processes are used in a timely manner which supports their operations
- Willingness to operate collaboratively with all departments in a shop floor teaming environment
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and an ERP System
- Experience within supply chain, materials or purchasing role.
- Effective communication skills
- Good team player with flexible approach and effective interpersonal skills
- A responsible/self-motivated person, willing to make decisions
