Job Summary

As the Chief Product Officer, you will be a critical senior leader responsible for developing our product strategy in alignment with the business strategy.

You'll manage a cross-functional team of Product Managers, UX, and Technical Writing professionals across our London, India, and Mexico offices.

This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of software engineering and data analytics, as well as a proven track record of P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Take full ownership of the product's P&L, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to development and launch.
  • Actively leverage software engineering metrics and data analytics to guide the product roadmap, identify opportunities, and ensure scalability.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product organization of 10+ individuals.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and adoption.
  • Act as a key customer advocate by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in a senior product leadership role (e. g., Global Head of Product, CPO, or similar) within a software or technology business.
  • Deep expertise in software engineering and data analytics, with a specific focus on using software engineering metrics to inform product strategy.
  • A proven track record of building and delivering solutions for personas ranging from software engineers to CIOs/CTOs.
  • A clear ability to drive revenue and foster significant business growth through P&L management.
  • Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing product teams, including managing managers and multiple product lines.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
