About the Role
Foot Anstey is offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Support Assistant with visa sponsorship to join our Real Estate Disputes and Farms, Estates & Rural Land teams.
In this key support role, you\’ll assist lawyers with administrative, operational, and transactional tasks—ensuring seamless service delivery across complex property-related cases. You’ll work on both contentious and non-contentious matters such as:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Easement and title issues
- Rural land transactions
- Development and general property cases

Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, book meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle calls and correspondence on behalf of lawyers
- Support monthly billing, expenses, and credit control
- Open and maintain legal files including AML and ID checks
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols (Lexcel, SRA, AML regulations)
- Provide administrative support for business development and client outreach
- Assist with property transactions such as Land Registry filings and legal searches

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
