About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and local project teams to deliver on key client projects
  • Manage multiple assignments while ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations

  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative performance indicators to uncover actionable insights

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) – essential
  • Holds a STEM-related degree (Biology, Chemistry, Public Health, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
  • A recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years’ experience in a data/analyst role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
