TPP, a world-leader in Digital Health and an award-winning employer, is seeking a confident and professional Product Specialist to join our team. This varied, full-time role involves acting as both a demonstrator and trainer, showcasing the capabilities of our cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions to clients both in the UK and internationally.
This permanent position is based in Horsforth, West Yorkshire (Leeds area).
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstration & Presentation: Lead presentations and engaging product demonstrations to customers in the UK and internationally, acting as a TPP ambassador at meetings, industry events, and healthcare conferences.
- Training Delivery: Deliver comprehensive training sessions and organize workshops, both online and in-person, to ensure users maximize their experience with our products.
- Content Management: Produce high-quality training materials and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) eLearning platform, ensuring all resources are up-to-date.
- Client Engagement: Proactively troubleshoot and meet customer needs through strong problem-solving abilities.

Skills & Experience
- Experience: Professional and confident in delivering training and demonstrations, with a background in a customer-facing or training role, ideally within healthcare (beneficial but not essential).
- Work Ethic: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language (Beneficial): Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Mandarin would be beneficial but not essential.
Essential Requirements & Application Process
- Driving: Must hold a Full UK driving license.
- Education: Minimum of eight C grades at GCSE (or equivalent) and a minimum of three C grades at A-level (or equivalent).
