Role Description
As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalised care to our clients. Your duties will include personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, monitoring health, and record keeping.

Requirements

Working Hours
The working hours for this role are variable but will average 39 hours per week. Shifts are 12 hours in duration and follow a 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, and 2 days on pattern across each 14-day period. Shift times are from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, although start and finish times may vary according to business needs.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Β£10.75 per hour. Payment is made fortnightly via credit transfer directly into a nominated bank account or building society account. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career development and training, as well as a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued. This role is open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
