Skills Provision is currently seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join a reputable employer in Essex United Kingdom. This role is ideal for a fully qualified technician with extensive experience working with major automotive brands. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Starting Salary: 39000 per annum

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm
Overtime opportunities may be available
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose inspect and identify vehicle faults
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately
- Refer to professional manuals and publications when required
- Test vehicle parts and systems to ensure functionality
- Perform all repairs to a high standard
- Maintain a clean safe and organised work environment
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Formal qualification as a Master Technician (e.g. IMI Level 4)
- Experience with a major automotive brand dealership is preferred
- Strong knowledge of diesel petrol and hybrid engines
- Valid UK driving license or international driving permit (conversion assistance available if needed)
- A strong team player with leadership qualities
- Ability to mentor junior technicians and command respect
