This is an exciting varied role where you will be hands on, using your engineering knowledge to ensure the effective maintenance of the site machinery whilst reacting to breakdowns and managing a small team of skilled individuals.
This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor with an Electrical Bias looking for an exciting role where you will continue to be a hands on engineer in a fast paced manufacturing environment whilst managing a small team.
The Role:
- Hands on management of the maintenance team (10 Engineers)
- Overseeing the smooth running of the maintenance department
- Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
- £55,000 – £65,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + 8% Pension + 36 Days\’ Holiday + Company Benefits + Relocation Support and/or Sponsorship Available
