What You’ll Do
- Lead data initiatives that drive both internal improvements and client-facing reporting
- Collaborate with tech and growth teams to create experiments, measure feature impact, and develop new insights
- Work with NHS Trusts and external partners to track outcomes and product usage
- Own database health, reporting frameworks, and metrics infrastructure
- Use analytics to inform strategic decisions across product, operations, and leadership
Who You Are
Required:
- 1+ year in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience gathering insights from internal stakeholders
- Comfortable translating data into real-world business and user outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and presentation ability
- Passionate about improving healthcare through data
Nice to Have:
- Python experience
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Previous experience in B2B data analysis or healthcare tech
