Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of care assistants in day-to-day duties
- Develop, monitor, and manage individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with all care home regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation using care IT systems
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement across care standards and procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior care or team leader role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confident using IT systems and digital reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of UK care home regulations and CQC standards (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
