Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers according to GPHC standards.
- Support the pharmacy and team in achieving key targets.
- Lead, train, support, and develop colleagues.
- Use planning systems to ensure pharmacy staffing meets customer needs.
- Oversee procurement and supply of medicines.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, GPs, and other health professionals.
The Successful Applicant
You will need:
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Valid DBS.
- Ability to manage and lead a high-performing team.
