About the Role
- Provide personal care, help with routines, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, social activities, and errands
- Be friendly, confident, and able to put clients at ease
Qualifications
- Kind, caring individuals committed to making a difference
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Calm under pressure, follow good hygiene standards, and work alternate weekends
- Driving licence and access to a car
- No experience necessary, Abicare provides full training for this role
Contract Details
- Full time contract – Minimum 37.5 hours per week
- £12.20 – £13.70 per hour plus 30p per mile mileage
- Paid travel time, £200 refer-a-friend scheme
- 28 days holiday pay (pro-rata), free uniform and PPE
