  • Understanding the desired customer experience by designing and delivering detailed solutions that are aligned with business strategy.
  • Knowing key drivers within the business and evaluating information to design solutions.
  • Identifying the impact of business change and delivering solutions that minimise risk, ensuring business readiness and improving efficiency.
  • Communicating project progress with key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Establishing and guiding the agenda for continuous improvement, focusing on process optimisation and efficiency.
  • Ensuring operational processes and procedures are documented and controlled.
  • Utilising feedback to identify performance gaps and prioritising improvement initiatives.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Working in partnership with Distribution Management teams to establish and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are paramount to project delivery.
  • Reporting progress and insights to Distribution Management.

  • Proficient change methodologies, preferably in Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Ability to problem solve, build partnerships and collaborate to resolve issues and meet shared aims.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst handling multiple priorities.
  • Methodical with sound organisational and judgement skills.
