If yes, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Care Manager to join us in expanding our service in CROYDON, SURREY.

About the role

You will be managing the care office team and the day to day running of the business. This will include be a point of contact for local authorities, potential customers, and other outside agencies. Making sure the company is compliant with current legislation and CQC regulation. Be able to participate in growing the business, using marketing and recruitment strategies to help increase customers and recruit staff. You will also be required to help deliver our in-house training courses to make sure all new starters are confident in their roles.

· Previous management experience.

· NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care Qualification or above.

· Have or willing to work towards Leadership in Management qualification.

· Have worked for a similar company as a Field Care Supervisor, or Deputy Care Manager role.
