Salary: £10 to £15 an hour About the Role New Horizons Management Services is actively partnering with top-rated nursing homes and clients in Croydon and the surrounding areas to recruit full-time and part-time Care Workers, Support Workers, and Live-In Carers. In this role, you will empower and motivate service users to maintain independence while assisting them with social, emotional, and physical tasks, including personal care. As a Care Worker or Support Worker, you will collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll also communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to understand individual preferences and needs. Qualifications Hold a valid DBS (last 12 months), preferably on the updated service Must have at least 6 months UK experience in the care sector Have a good level of English (written & verbal) skills Must be happy to provide personal care Flexible to work Early, Late and Night Shifts!
