We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and help support our growing business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
– Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
– Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI
– Perform business process modeling and analysis to identify areas for improvement
– Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems-Conduct User Acceptance Testing to determine whether the work that has been developed meets the acceptance criteria Maintain Functional Specifications and related documentation Peer-review User Stories written by other team members-Analyse whether new functionality will impact other parts of the business Define the acceptance criteria for each User Story
– Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation
– Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery
– Provide ongoing support and training to end-usersExperience:
– Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
– Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
– Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks
– Experience with VBA for Excel automation is a plus
– Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
– Knowledge of server infrastructure and database management systems
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
