Weβre seeking a dynamicBIM Coordinatorto support our client project teams by developing coordinated 3D/4D models that enhance constructability, reduce costs, and optimize delivery timelines. What You\βll Do:
- Assist in setting up and implementing BIM workflows across projects.
- Develop and maintain federated BIM models and customized libraries.
- Coordinate and manage clash detection, RFIs, and model-related meetings.
- Generate 4D schedules and quantity take-offs to support project planning.
- Collaborate with project teams to align model data with sequencing and site execution.
- Produce client-ready reports and hand over close-out BIM deliverables.
What You Bring:
- A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with 4D planning tools like Synchro (a plus!).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
