The Opportunity:
- Role: Full-time permanent Associate Dentist (part-time options considered).
- Patient List: Inherit a well-established and maintained patient base from a relocating colleague.
- Earnings Potential: Competitive UDA rate up to £17 (DOE, 5000 UDAs available with potential for more), plus a generous 50% gross on all private treatments (including DPAS patients). Expected annual earnings of £100,000 – £125,000+.
- Private Focus: Benefit from very high private demand, with all new patients joining on a private-only basis and often fully booked months in advance. Opportunities exist for cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics.
About the Practice:
- Independent & Modern: A state-of-the-art independent practice, recently refurbished to a high standard.
- Team: Comprises three experienced dentists and one dedicated dental hygienist/therapist. Our team boasts diverse expertise, including endodontics, oral surgery, advanced restorative work, and smile design.
- Technology: Equipped with modern systems: SOE, digital x-ray, rotary endo, digital apex locator, intraoral camera, intraoral scanner, and DSLR camera.
- Supportive Environment: You’ll receive outstanding clinical and administrative support from a practice manager with two decades of experience, qualified nurses, and a highly experienced reception team. This allows you to focus purely on patient care.

Who We Are Looking For:
- GDC Registered: Must be a GDC registered Dentist.
