We are expanding our commercial presence in the UK and seeking an experienced Business Development Partner to develop new customer relationships and secure engineering opportunities.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Partner with established relationships across the UK manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors.
The role involves identifying potential customers, engaging with key decision-makers, introducing TVR's engineering capabilities and developing opportunities that lead to new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify manufacturers requiring industrial automation, PLC, SCADA, robotics or commissioning services.
- Build relationships with engineering managers, maintenance managers, operations directors and project decision-makers.
- Arrange qualified customer meetings, technical discussions and site visits.
- Identify upcoming projects, RFQs, tenders and subcontracting opportunities.
- Introduce TVR's capabilities to manufacturers, OEMs and industrial organisations.
- Coordinate commercial discussions with TVR's technical management.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and engineering opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven B2B business development experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering services or machinery.
- Established professional relationships with UK manufacturing and industrial decision-makers.
- Demonstrated experience developing and securing engineering projects.
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA, robotics and industrial control systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
