Techunite is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Times 100 motor insurance broker seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help scale their technology function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining development and technical leadership, with a strong focus on automation, data, and AI-driven solutions. Due to the rural office farm location, you will need to be a car driver to reach the office.
The Role: You’ll take end-to-end ownership of projects, shaping architecture and delivering scalable systems while mentoring a small engineering team. Working closely with the business, you’ll translate ideas into practical, high-quality software that improves efficiency and customer outcomes.
