  • Prepare and review formal documentation, including investigation reports, outcome letters, consultation materials, settlement agreements and tribunal related correspondence where required.
  • Manage DSARs, legal enquiries and employment-related matters, working independently or with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support statutory people reporting, including Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission.
  • Liaise with Occupational Health providers, referencing agencies and other external partners to support employee lifecycle, absence management and compliance requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations best practice, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to produce accurate reports, analyse people data, and generate meaningful insights to support business decision‑making.
  • Experience using HR systems and databases, with Workday or similar HRIS experience desirable.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands and work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
