The Finance Leadership Development Programme is a 36‑month structured graduate programme designed to develop future Finance leaders by providing broad, meaningful exposure across Finance. The programme is built around two pillars — Commercial Finance and Core Finance — with graduates aligned to one pillar at the outset and completing a series of set 9‑month rotations. Through hands‑on experience, formal training, and structured support, graduates will build strong technical, commercial, and leadership capability, gaining an end‑to‑end understanding of how Finance supports business performance and decision making across EMEA.

You will contribute to the day‑to‑day Finance activities, support planning and reporting cycles, partner with the business, and deliver project‑based work aligned to each rotation. The role is designed to progressively increase responsibility and complexity, supporting both professional development and long‑term career progression within Finance.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Contribute to financial analysis, reporting packs, and management insights
  • Provide day‑to‑day Finance support and business partnering to designated stakeholders
  • Work with Finance systems and BI tools to analyse data and improve reporting quality
  • Support pricing, costing, and performance analysis (rotation dependent)
  • Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, automation, insight, or reporting
  • Ensure adherence to Finance policies, controls, and governance requirements
  • Actively participate in training, development activities, and rotation reviews

Learning & Development: Throughout the programme, graduates will receive structured training and on‑the‑job learning covering:

  • Business and Finance fundamentals (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow)
  • Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Commercial finance and business partnering
  • Operations finance, costing, and supply chain finance
  • Systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Hyperion/SmartView)
  • Risk, governance, internal controls, and compliance
  • Professional and leadership skills, including communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
