This position involves driving sales within one of our largest retailer partners, enhancing your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a rewarding environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform sales and service to consumers demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
- Support and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain contact with store staff to build relationships.
- Monitor sales, analyze results, and identify opportunities.
- Participate in TTI training and apply acquired skills.
- Conduct in-store product training and demonstrations.
- Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
- Plan and execute demo events, store walks, and trade shows.
- Develop knowledge of the marketplace and analyze market data.
- Ensure store and product presentation through merchandising.
- Manage inventory levels and participate in resets and merchandising installations.
- Sell directly to customers in retail settings.
Note: Duties may extend beyond those listed. Employees are expected to contribute to continual improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.
Job/Employment Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
- Must be 21 or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
- Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report checks.
- Maintain valid vehicle insurance.
- Travel to store locations, meetings, and events required.
- Transporting small amounts of company property may be necessary.
- Relocation may be needed for future opportunities.
- Work nights and weekends as required.
- Stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and use ladders and hand tools.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Self-motivated team player with organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $24.04–$25.96/hour, with overtime eligibility.
- Additional income through sales contests and incentives.
- Vehicle allowance of $400/month.
