This position involves driving sales within one of our largest retailer partners, enhancing your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a rewarding environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform sales and service to consumers demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
  • Support and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Maintain contact with store staff to build relationships.
  • Monitor sales, analyze results, and identify opportunities.
  • Participate in TTI training and apply acquired skills.
  • Conduct in-store product training and demonstrations.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Plan and execute demo events, store walks, and trade shows.
  • Develop knowledge of the marketplace and analyze market data.
  • Ensure store and product presentation through merchandising.
  • Manage inventory levels and participate in resets and merchandising installations.
  • Sell directly to customers in retail settings.

Note: Duties may extend beyond those listed. Employees are expected to contribute to continual improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.

Job/Employment Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be 21 or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report checks.
  • Maintain valid vehicle insurance.
  • Travel to store locations, meetings, and events required.
  • Transporting small amounts of company property may be necessary.
  • Relocation may be needed for future opportunities.
  • Work nights and weekends as required.
  • Stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and use ladders and hand tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated team player with organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $24.04–$25.96/hour, with overtime eligibility.
  • Additional income through sales contests and incentives.
  • Vehicle allowance of $400/month.
