Job Description

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our European Head Office team.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with leaders across our Technology & Business Process (TBP) and Supply Chain functions, providing strategic and operational HR support that drives business success and enhances the employee experience.

Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll play a key role in delivering people initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, supporting organisational change, and ensuring excellent HR service delivery across the business.

  • Partnering with the Business
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology & Business Process and Supply Chain functions.
  • Provide proactive HR advice, coaching, and guidance to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
  • Analyse employee feedback, engagement data, turnover trends, and other people metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, wellbeing, and overall employee experience.
  • Support the delivery of employee-focused events and programmes throughout the year.
  • HR Operations
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, compensation updates, benefits administration, absence management, and visa-related activities.
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant employment legislation, data protection requirements, and internal policies.
  • Employee Relations & Recruitment
  • Coach and support managers on a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance management, probation reviews, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and workplace wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and selection activities, including participation in interviews where required.
  • Projects & Change Management
  • Lead and support a variety of HR projects and business initiatives.
  • Contribute to organisational change programmes and continuous improvement projects.
  • Help deliver people-focused solutions that support business growth and transformation.
  • Policies, Processes & Best Practice
  • Review and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes and best practice.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee value proposition and improve HR processes.
  • Support the implementation and communication of new initiatives, policies, and programmes.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing a wide range of employee relations cases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the EMEA region.

Desirable

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience supporting Technology, IT, Supply Chain, or business support functions.
  • Knowledge of European employment practices and regulations, including works councils and pay transparency requirements.
