We’re looking for a dedicated RMA Inspector & After Sales Support Executive to join our UK Operations Team in Marlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers across multiple brands while contributing to the continuous improvement of our after-sales processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct regular RMA inspections at third-party premises, ensuring thorough assessments of returned products and full compliance with HSE guidelines.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer support, aiming for first-time resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service centre agents, dealers, and key stakeholders.
  • Take full ownership of customer interactions, including authorising product collections and coordinating repairs under guarantee.
  • Identify cost-effective opportunities and drive efficiency to enhance operational excellence.
  • Support departmental projects from concept to delivery with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and invest in your personal development.
  • Travel across the UK as needed to conduct on-site inspections and support customer needs.
  • Perform detailed assessments of warranty returns during RMA inspections.
  • Carry out any ad hoc duties as required by your line manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer service or sales support, with a proven ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions quickly.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build trust and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • A full UK driving license is essential
