We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition partner to support all hiring for our European Head Office, based in Maidenhead. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced, growing organisation. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent that supports our diverse mix of functions, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from requisition approval through to offer stage.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities, providing ongoing recruitment advice and market insights.
- Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct search to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements, competencies, and company values.
- Coordinate and support interviews, guiding hiring managers on structured interviewing and best practice assessment techniques.
- Deliver interview skills training to hiring managers as required, supporting capability building across the business.
- Create, launch, and train hiring managers on interview question banks to drive consistency and quality in hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and compliance within the ATS (Workday or similar systems).
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights when required to support hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding and early talent initiatives where needed.
- Collaborate closely with the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team members to share best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting for a European Head Office is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident in direct sourcing and market mapping.
- Experience working with an ATS (Workday preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.
