The Supply Planner is responsible for optimizing inventory levels across the supply chain network to meet customer service level requirements. The Supply Planner acts as an interface to manufacturing to maintain supply and solve any supply issues.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Supply Plan TTI brands, place orders upon manufacturing based upon agreed lead times to generate the purchasing plan
  • Work closely with the order processing team in China and other vendors to ensure order schedules are in line with sales and inventory budgets
  • Lead expediting/de-expediting of goods against budgets with manufacturing and conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues, implement corrective actions working with the TTI Product Managers to escalate issues
  • Communicate bi-weekly billing risks to the business with actions to resolve
  • Work closely with EMEA markets to ensure promotional activities are delivered on time
  • SKU’s life cycle management, ensuring old product is cleared and the replacement product is introduced on time
  • Maintenance of supply master data and inventory strategies in Vanguard and SAP
  • Review stock shortages across the network and support deployment planning between European warehouses
  • Maintain Supply Chain dashboards and support ongoing development
  • Occasional European travel may be required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Graduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with good experience and understanding of demand/supply planning systems
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Strong IT skills, advanced Excel, SAP
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
  • Fluent English - spoken and written

DESIRABLE:

  • Knowledge of import processes and experience with Far East vendors
