Our focus is on end-users that range from professionals in the industrial, construction and infrastructure sectors to DIYers in home improvement, repair, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management of the SAP hosting partners and in future SAP RISE
- Point of contact for production SAP Basis incidents and keeping management up-to-date on any outstanding production related issues
- Analyze the current SAP environment, identify system incompatibilities or shortcomings and provide potential improvements suggestions
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the SAP systems for health and performance issues
- Creation of Service Level Reports
- Batch jobs controlling
- Transport Management
- Implementing SAP OSS Notes
- Manage and support SAP Add-Ons and Support Packages implementation
- Manage and support SAP Portal related implementations
- Support of SAP archive link and the d.velop archive solution
- Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives/tasks of other IT organisations
- Collaborate with other expert teams
