The Programme is designed to accelerate your development through a series of structured rotations across key areas of the finance function. You’ll gain exposure to Core Finance, building strong technical foundations while developing the skills and confidence to support critical financial operations and governance. From day one, you’ll be working on meaningful projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and contributing to the decisions that shape the future of the business.

The Role involves:

  • Supporting financial reporting processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
  • Contributing to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
  • Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks
  • Supporting audit processes and internal controls frameworks
  • Working on projects to improve processes, efficiency, and financial governance
  • Developing a strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations

You’ll be based mainly in our European Head Quarter office in Maidenhead with a rotation in our UK SBU office in Marlow where you will be working in a collaborative and high-energy office environment with opportunities to interact across the wider organisation.
