We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to lead and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various paid channels. This role focuses on campaign management, testing, and scaling to drive efficient growth. You will have a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory by managing and iterating on creative strategies and targeting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Oversee day‑to‑day campaign setup, optimization, testing, and scaling.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
- Conduct structured tests on audiences, creative, messaging, bids, and budgets.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to refine ad creative based on performance insights.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to enhance landing pages and conversion paths.
- Manage attribution and measurement tools like Singular to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and tactics for incremental growth.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulatory requirements in the finance and credit space.
