  • Qualifications: Proven experience in product growth for consumer social apps with over 10M MAU.

The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 £ per year.

The role involves owning the loops inside the app. Nanogram grows when a viewer becomes a creator, a creator publishes again, and a published game brings in new players - you own all three edges. This includes:

  • Creator side: creation funnel, first-publish activation, draft nudges, XP and levelling, seasonal rewards.
  • Viral side: share, remix, invite, like → follow → push.
  • Experimentation machine: deciding which of it actually works.

A first set of these loops is already designed. The job is to take them from shipped to measured, iterated and compounding - and to find the ones we haven't built yet. Users who publish more than once retain at several times the rate of an average user; the whole role is getting more people across that line and making them bring others.

This is not a marketing role (paid acquisition and creative are separate hires) and not a data engineering role (you read the data, you don't build the pipes). It's also not a generalist PM role - the remit is loops and the numbers behind them, and you'll be judged on weekly active creators and k-factor, not on features shipped. We want someone world class who has already done growth at scale on consumer social, not someone learning it on the job. We'll pay top of market for the right person.

What you'll do:

  • Own the creator-side loop: creation funnel, first-publish activation, draft nudges, XP/levelling, seasonal rewards.
  • Own the viral loop: share, remix, invite, like → follow → push - and measure k-factor, not just clicks.
  • Run a high-velocity mobile experimentation program: feature flags, A/B tests, 10+ live experiments at a time, on a weekly cadence with a clear decision rule.
  • Take existing loops from shipped to measured, iterated and compounding, and identify new ones to build.

What you bring:

  • Led or heavily participated in product growth at a consumer social/UGC app that scaled past 10M MAU (TikTok, Snap, BeReal, Roblox, Rec Room calibre).
  • Built creator-side loops and know where a creation funnel leaks.
  • Shipped viral loops and measured k-factor, with a real number to show for it.
  • Run a high-velocity mobile experimentation program with a weekly cadence and a decision rule.
  • Hands-on with tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel, Statsig/LaunchDarkly/Eppo/Optimizely, Braze/OneSignal, SQL.
  • Was there during the climb - joined before the app crossed 10M MAU and stayed through it.

Nice to have:

  • Gaming background, or has been a creator themselves (Roblox, Minecraft, Scratch).
  • Worked alongside a recommendation/ranking team.
  • Experience with a teen-skewing product.
  • Startup or founding experience.

Hiring process:

  • CV Screening
  • Interview (1 hour)
  • Growth Deep Dive (90 min)
  • Paid Case Take-Home (3-4 hours to complete)
  • Case Interview

Logistics:

  • Location: London, in person. Long-term this isn't flexible - we want the team in one room.
  • Remote until October 2026: you can start immediately from wherever you are and join the office in October. Relocation to London by October is a condition of the offer.
  • Full-time.
  • Compensation: base + equity, open for the right person - we'll pay top of market.

Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
