We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud systems. This role is crucial for ensuring audit readiness, high availability, and cost optimization as the company scales rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support rapid product growth.
  • Prepare infrastructure for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits, aligning with customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and data services.
  • Drive systems for logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and on-call processes.
  • Monitor and control cloud costs, optimizing without sacrificing performance.
  • Act as the internal advocate for operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in startup or high growth environments.
  • Proven track record of owning infrastructure end-to-end.
  • Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance.
  • Strong skills in Python or Bash for automation.
  • Technical stack: Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with logging, metrics, and tracing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and tools.

Compensation & Benefits
