Paid Acquisition Lead — run the ICP-and-messaging testing engine. London (remote until Oct 2026, then in-person).
Our client is a fast-growing consumer mobile / gaming company building a rigorous testing culture around who they target and what they say.
You’ll pick the audiences to test each week, decide messaging and ad type, get campaigns live with the media buyer and creative lead, then read the results and decide what's next.
What You’ll Do
- Own the weekly testing cadence across Meta, TikTok and Google
- Pull your own cohort data and decide which audiences to back or kill
- Build a repeatable hypothesis → test → learning process
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years consumer mobile UA, having personally owned $50K+/month in-house
- Gaming background — a real player or has worked in games
- Deep in one of Meta/TikTok/Google, fluent across all three
Relocation to London by October 2026 is a condition of the offer.
