Company Description

For most engineers, LinkedIn has little or no value and is primarily the place where you get spammed. That’s why we’re building TechTree, a career mentoring and networking platform specifically for developers. The business is built around a two-sided problem. Companies struggle to attract and retain engineers for more than 12 months. Engineers find it hard to discover engineering teams that really suit them and their interests. Engineers also struggle to get support with their career and don’t get many opportunities to build their professional network outside of their companies. These are the issues TechTree has set out to solve.

TechTree is backed by some great investors like the co-founder of Monzo, executives from Startupbootcamp, Amazon, Permira and many more.
