TechTree is recruiting a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition and conversion for an AI-native law firm.
About The Role
Transform the current pipeline into a scalable machine, enhancing how the firm is discovered and how visitors convert into clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overhaul the website's messaging, structure, conversion, speed, and SEO
- Conduct and implement CRO experiments on landing pages, signup flows, and CTAs
- Develop demand channels through SEO, content, paid advertising, partnerships, and lifecycle email
- Manage marketing analytics and attribution
- Collaborate with the GTM team and founders on positioning and content strategies
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B growth or product marketing, ideally at a Seed-Series B startup
- Proven success in website conversion or paid acquisition
- Experience with AI-native tools like OpenAI Codex and Claude
- Proficiency in modern marketing stacks such as Webflow, GA4, HubSpot, and Ahrefs
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive content
- Proactive and able to take initiative without being prompted
- Experience in B2B legal tech or professional services is a plus
